Manager of Service
Sophia brings over 10 years of experience in culinary-focused hospitality. She started her career with Think Food Group and since has held a variety of front of house positions from hostess, to server, to bartender, and then manager. Since 2012, Sophia has done consulting for a number of upscale, local restaurants and most recently was the General Manager at Smorgasburg Productions - the DC international food festival.
Sophia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Maryland and is certified in the Court of Master Sommeliers.
